Contact and quotation data

When you submit a contact or quote request, we process your name, company, email address, telephone number where supplied, selected product and project details to assess the request, prepare an offer and communicate with you. The time you acknowledge the privacy notice and its recorded version are stored with the request. The acknowledgement box is not consent to marketing.

Collection and processing grounds

Contact information is collected electronically when you submit the website form. Information needed to assess a requested quotation is processed in connection with establishing a potential contract under Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. Records needed to establish, exercise or protect a right may also be retained under Article 5(2)(e). Technical abuse prevention is used to protect the website and request service; this processing is assessed within the legitimate-interest condition in Article 5(2)(f), subject to protecting your fundamental rights.

Service providers and transfers

The website uses Vercel for hosting, Upstash for request storage and rate limiting, and Resend for email notification infrastructure. Authorised company personnel use request data to respond to you. Google Analytics is used for the measurement described below. These service providers may operate infrastructure outside Türkiye. Data processing is limited to the relevant service purpose. You may contact the data controller for information about recipients and applicable transfer arrangements.

Technical security

For application-level rate limiting, the network address is transformed into a one-way technical identifier rather than stored in raw form in the request record. Hosting and service providers may separately process connection and security logs needed to operate their services.

Retention

The main request record in the web form's storage system is configured to expire after 365 days. Notification emails and records that become quotations or commercial transactions can be retained separately for applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or protection of rights. Disabling analytics does not delete earlier commercial correspondence.

Analytics cookies and your preference

Google Analytics starts automatically unless measurement has been disabled in this browser. It measures page visits, campaign sources, successful quote requests and contact-link clicks. Form entries such as name, email, telephone and project details are not included in the analytics events sent by this site. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Google may process measurement data on servers abroad.

Analytics cookies have a 180-day lifetime, which may renew with use. The control below stops measurement and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies. Your preference is remembered in this browser for 180 days. It does not automatically delete data previously sent to Google. The preference is stored locally in your browser; catalogue selections and product colours may also be remembered locally to support navigation.

Your rights and how to contact us

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, and learn the recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the statutory conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients. You may object to an adverse outcome based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Submit a request identifying yourself, the right you wish to exercise and a response address to the company postal address. You may also use an email address previously provided to and registered by the company, or another method permitted by the applicable data-controller application rules.
