
Custom Foam Inserts
We machine the equipment'snegative profile into foam.
A foam layout is designed in CAD around the equipment geometry and cut by CNC. Material, clearances and tolerances are assessed in the sample against equipment weight, case dimensions and use conditions.

Why It Matters
The interior is part of the protection.
Impact, vibration and uncontrolled movement inside a case can damage equipment. A suitable foam layout helps reduce these risks. Protection must be assessed together with the outer shell, equipment sensitivity and handling conditions.
We plan the interior at the start of the project. A custom case can be sized around that layout; in a supplied shell, the layout must fit its existing internal dimensions.

Closed-cell, high-density foam for heavy equipment where impact absorption and dimensional stability are priorities.
25–45 kg/m³

XPE Foam
Cross-linked, fine-cell foam with a smooth finish for visible cavities and equipment with delicate surfaces.
33–60 kg/m³
- EVA
EVA Foam
Flexible yet shape-retaining, suited to thermoformed shells and inserts opened and closed frequently.
45–90 kg/m³
- PP
PP Levha
A rigid structural layer beneath the cavity that distributes load and acts as a chassis.

Process
From dimensions to cavity in four steps.

Requirements Analysis
We assess the equipment dimensions, weight, fragility and use case together.
- 02
Design & Sample
We design the cavity layout and sewing plan, then produce a physical sample for approval.
- 03
Pattern & Cutting
Foam and fabric are cut to the approved dimensions and layout. Tolerances are agreed for the material and project conditions.
- 04
Production & Inspection
Series production is completed in our own facility, with every batch individually inspected.
