Custom equipment carrying cases

Textile bags and foam applications are developed for the project. Rigid case shells may be sourced from suppliers; their external and internal dimensions depend on the model. The quotation identifies the shell and the scope of custom work.

Share the equipment dimensions, weight, accessories, quantity and handling conditions. An available drawing or photograph helps us plan the arrangement. Required tolerances and protection requirements are agreed for the specific application.

Water, dust, impact or load ratings apply only to the documented model and test conditions. Ask for the relevant manufacturer documentation where a rating is a procurement requirement. A foam insert does not by itself certify the complete case.

Yes, we can assess an insert-only project. Share the case model, usable interior dimensions, base and lid depths, and photographs of internal projections. Include dimensions, weights and photographs of every item to be placed inside.

An existing drawing is useful, but you can start with photographs, equipment measurements and a use description. If review of the physical equipment is needed, agree the inspection or shipping arrangements with us first. The case layout and foam cavities are developed around the complete set.

Describe your equipment and how it is used; you do not need to know the material name. XPE is our preferred starting point for case inserts. We also work with EVA, EPDM, XP, mattress-type and other foams. Weight, contact surfaces, density and cavity layout are considered together; share a material code or technical specification if you have one.

Send the new equipment version, changed dimensions and accessory list before production. We review the affected cavities, pockets, closures and carrying arrangement together. Clarify the required revision and any cost or schedule impact, then identify the updated version to be approved.
