What should the sample demonstrate?
Equipment fit, accessory layout, carrying comfort, fabric and branding appearance are different checks. State your priorities. For a catalogue model, use its link or your quote list; for a new design, start with your application.
Physical sample and digital layout
A digital artwork layout helps review print or embroidery position and size. It cannot by itself show fabric feel, stitching or physical equipment fit. Agree which features the physical sample will represent, its materials and delivery scope separately.
Price, timing and next step
Samples are not offered as an automatically free or fixed-lead-time service. Scope, price and schedule are established in the project quotation. We assess the model, quantity and intended checks to agree the appropriate preparation. Production specifications and schedule are confirmed after sample approval.
Your quotation checklist
- Model or intended use and estimated production quantity.
- Dimensions, materials, layout or branding details you want to check.
- Equipment photographs, artwork and target date, if available.
You can start by sharing your use requirements and approximate quantity. We can clarify missing measurements during the project discussion.
