01 — Understand the application and equipment
We start with the equipment or product, accessories, environment, target quantity and delivery expectations. A finished technical drawing is not required; photographs, an existing bag or the physical product can help define the requirement. We agree the missing measurements and information needed.
02 — Define the body, materials and layout
We assess textile, hardcase, EVA or crate solutions for the application. Foam, compartments, pockets, handles and branding are planned together. Where the physical product is shared, we can prepare the drawings and cutting layout needed for the case and inserts.
- The quotation establishes scope, materials, quantity, applications and approval steps.
- Requested certification or documentation is checked for the applicable model and use conditions.
03 — Complete sample and artwork approvals
A physical sample helps assess fit, access, carrying and material feel. A digital artwork layout checks branding size and position. Required approvals, sample scope, price and timing are agreed in the project quotation. Changes are clarified in writing before production.
04 — Plan production and delivery
Production is planned around the approved specification. Quantity, materials, branding, packaging and delivery location are included. Lead time is confirmed alongside supply and approval schedules. Previous models and approval records provide a starting point for repeat orders; current material and colour availability are reconfirmed.
