Assign a layout number to each item and collect its photograph, dimensions and removal direction in the same list.

Foam and access clearance
Plan foam walls, base support and finger access together. Empty shell dimensions are not the dimensions of the finished foam cavities.

Handling conditions
State the loaded weight, vehicle storage space and moisture or dust requirements. Assess any testing or documentation requirements for the selected shell and finished assembly.

Quotation scope
Specify empty shells or fitted interiors, quantity and delivery target. Confirm availability, the interior drawing and sample approval as part of the quotation.
