What should you prepare for branding a bag?

Bring artwork, colours, application size and layout approval into one brief.

Start with the best artwork you have

Vector artwork helps assess application size. If you only have a raster image, share it for review. Identify the correct logo version, any brand guide and colour references in the same request. Do not assume an image found online is identical to the approved brand artwork.

Show placement and size together

“Logo on the front” may leave important details unresolved. Consider pockets, seams, zippers and folds. Specify the desired width and height, the bag face and whether multiple logos are needed. Screen appearance and physical size can feel different, so approve the dimensions in writing.

Evaluate the method with the material

Laser, DTF and embroidery are assessed for different substrates and appearances. Small lettering, fine lines or detailed patterns may not reproduce identically across methods. State your preferred method and the visual details that matter most. Required samples and approvals are agreed for the project; a digital layout alone cannot demonstrate fabric feel or the texture of the finished application.

Your quotation checklist

  • Correct artwork version and any brand guide.
  • Colour reference, width, height and application face.
  • Preferred method, quantity and approver.

You can start by sharing your use requirements and approximate quantity. We can clarify missing measurements during the project discussion.
