Access for the job

Plan access to frequently used tools, separation of small parts and control of movement inside the bag. Compare shoulder, hand-carried and backpack formats for the duration and nature of the work.

Materials and carrying arrangement

Total load, contact surfaces and cleaning needs influence fabric, base, pockets and handles. Load capacity is assessed for the complete model; a fabric property alone does not determine carrying capacity.

Prepare for sampling

Start with the tool list, largest item dimensions, total load, team quantity and any branding artwork. Evaluate access, balance and layout in the sample before approving the production specification.

Custom production or a supplied case?

Textile bags and foam applications are developed for the project. Rigid case shells may be sourced from suppliers; their external and internal dimensions depend on the model. The quotation identifies the shell and the scope of custom work.

What should I send for an equipment case?

Share the equipment dimensions, weight, accessories, quantity and handling conditions. An available drawing or photograph helps us plan the arrangement. Required tolerances and protection requirements are agreed for the specific application.

How are protection claims confirmed?

Water, dust, impact or load ratings apply only to the documented model and test conditions. Ask for the relevant manufacturer documentation where a rating is a procurement requirement. A foam insert does not by itself certify the complete case.
