Quotation preparation
Plan the journey from vehicle to work site.
Interior fit is one part of the plan. Consider how the loaded bag is placed in a vehicle and moved along its usual route.
- 01
End-to-end dimensions
Measure overall length including attached fittings, plus maximum width and height. Identify removable parts and accessories that travel separately.
- 02
Weight distribution
Provide total weight and the location of the heavier sections. Use a photograph to mark suitable support points and areas that must avoid pressure.
- 03
Vehicle and route
Describe available vehicle space, loading direction and narrow access points. Try the handle arrangement in these conditions during sampling.
- 04
Production scope
Share quantity, colour, branding and delivery location. End supports, closure clearance and the carrying arrangement are agreed through the approved sample.

What to consider.
- 01
Lengthwise zipped access
A zip follows the long body for loading equipment along its length. Check opening clearance around end fittings and protrusions using the actual equipment.
- 02
Centrally placed handles
Textile handles are positioned near the middle of the body. A loaded sample is used to assess their position, since the centre of gravity may differ from the geometric centre.
- 03
Strips along the base
Longitudinal strips are visible underneath. Base support and surfaces that contact the ground are specified around the equipment and intended use.
