Quotation preparation
Describe the panel surfaces and edges.
Overall dimensions alone do not define the fit of a broad panel. Sensitive surfaces and protrusions guide the interior specification.
- 01
Panel geometry
Share length, width, thickness and corner shape. Show projecting connectors, handles or edges on a dimensioned photograph or drawing.
- 02
Sensitive surfaces
Identify coated, display or machined surfaces that must avoid direct contact. Describe the separation required.
- 03
Insertion and handling
Explain which edge enters first and how the packed panel is moved. Verify support points and closure clearance in the sample.
- 04
Single panels or sets
Provide the number of panels per bag, total quantity and branding requirements. Separators between panels travelling together are assessed separately.

Product details
What to consider.
- 01
Broad, low-profile shape
The flat rectangular body provides a starting point for wide parts. Include the thickest point and edge protrusions alongside length and width.
- 02
Closure along the edge
Repeated closure tabs are visible along a long edge. Their spacing and required clearance are checked against the panel shape and insertion method during sampling.
- 03
Planning surface contact
Identify surfaces sensitive to rubbing or pressure. The lining and any required separators are selected around the actual panel.
