Share length, width and height including connectors, controls and fixed protrusions. Identify any parts that remain attached during transport.

List the quantity and size of adapters, cables and spare parts, and identify items that must be kept apart from the device.

Fit check
Explain the insertion direction and how frequently the device is removed. Check internal support and hand clearance in the sample.

Provide target quantity, preferred colour, branding area and delivery location. Materials, sampling scope and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.

A zip around the upper lid provides access from above. Allow space for inserting and removing the device, beyond the dimensions of its main housing.

Textile handles
Textile handles and attachment points are visible on the exterior. Handle position and carrying method are assessed with the loaded bag during sampling.
